Even super agent James Bond in an Aston Martin was able to ride
through the world. The inhabitants of London and all visitors now have
the opportunity to travel like James Bond too. Aston Martin plans to
re-introduce the old double-decker bus.
The red giant has been used for sightseeing tours. As a normal
bus, he was barely in use. In the future, he should not drive again in
the streets of London and down. Together with architects and selected
partners, the company has designed a new model of the legendary Route
Masters. This time there will be no sports or run a turbo-engine type,
but it should be more of an environmentally friendly bus with a glass
roof.
The plans indicate that the car will be on display 2011 to the
streets. A highlight of the bus was always an open platform at the
rear. Also in this Aston Martin will again be there. The previous model
was scrapped 2005 because it had become too unsafe. Since then, the
buses traveled without this platform. A great debate flared up since
the open rear end belongs to the tradition and can not be ignored.
Aston Martin formed the red giant companion to the environment in

feeling of freedom. The typical design has not changed. Nevertheless,
the automaker has to face great criticism, as the modern articulated
buses would disappear. Until a final decision has been made for the
